1 box Penne noodles -cooked
1 stick Butter softened
3-4 cups mozzarella cheese
1 can parmesan cheese (1 3/4 cup)
3-4 cloves of garlic chopped/minced
1/4-1/2 cup milk to thin
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix and bake in 9x13 pan for 30 min. covered, and another 15 min. uncovered.
Heat a jar of spaghetti sauce and serve along side pasta.
This
dish freezes wonderfully before baking and I think it tastes just as
good with the sauce added to the pasta before baking to skip a step.
